The 'Item History' function provides a quick report listing all incoming and outgoing stock movements for the Item(s) highlighted in the 'Items: Browse' window or that showing in the record window. To apply the function to a group of Items, in the browse window highlight the first Item of the group and then click on the last while holding down the Shift key. Then select the function.

The report period is the first one entered in the Reporting Periods setting in the System module.

The Item History report can also be produced from the Stock module.
