Operations Menu - Goods Receipt - Goods Receipt Status

This page describes the 'Goods Receipt Status' function on the Operations menu in the Goods Receipt record window. If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Goods Receipt Status' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).

The 'Goods Receipt Status' command will be useful when a Goods Receipt needs to go through an approval process before you can mark it as OK. If you need to monitor the approval process for a particular Goods Receipt, open the Goods Receipt in a record window and then select 'Goods Receipt Status' from the Operations menu (or Tools menu if you are using iOS or Android). A report will be printed to screen, listing any Approval Request Activities that have been created from the Goods Receipt and the status of each one. Please refer to the description of the Approval Status field on the 'Extra Costs' card of the Goods Receipt window for brief details about the approval process and here for full details.
