Operations Menu - Cash In and Cash Out - Show Invoices

This page describes the 'Show Invoices' function on the Operations menu in the Cash In and Cash Out record windows. If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Show Invoices' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).

If you are viewing a cash transaction that you created from an Invoice or Purchase Invoice using the 'Cash In' or 'Cash Out' Create menu functions, you can select 'Show Invoices' from the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android) if you need to print a report to screen that displays some basic details about that Invoice or Purchase Invoice. If you created the cash transaction from a Receipt or Payment using the 'Cash In' or 'Cash Out' Create menu functions, the report will show the original Invoice or Purchase Invoice. In all cases, you can then open the Invoice or Purchase Invoice by clicking (Windows/macOS) or tapping (iOS/Android the Invoice Numbers in the report.
