Business Communicator Window - Communicating with other users in your HansaWorld Enterprise system

You can communicate with other users in your HansaWorld Enterprise system. Open the 'Business Communicator' window and click the [Who Is Online] button. This will print a report to screen listing the users currently logged in (only users with Mailboxes will be listed, but the list will include users logged in to every Company if you have more than one). Click a user's name in the list, and then choose whether you want to communicate with them using Skype-to-Skype, SkypeOut, email, text (SMS) or the chat feature built in to HansaWorld Enterprise.
