If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Update Currency Price List Items' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).--- Occasionally, you might enter a complex Opportunity with the wrong Exchange Rate, or the Exchange Rate might change significantly between the entry of the Opportunity and its final approval. In such a situation, you do not need to re-enter the Opportunity. Amend the Exchange Rate as appropriate and then select 'Update Currency Price List Items' from the Operations menu (Windows/Mac OS X) or Tools menu (iOS/Android). The prices in the Opportunity will be re-converted using the new Exchange Rate. You do not need to save the Opportunity before using this function. If you change the Currency or the Price List in an Opportunity, prices in the Opportunity will always be recalculated automatically. If you change the Opportunity Date and the Exchange Rate changes as a consequence, prices will not be recalculated automatically so again you can use this function to recalculate the prices. If you change the Prices in a Price List, you can then use this function to update an Opportunity with those new Prices. --- The Opportunity register in Standard ERP:
