Employment Contracts

This function allows you to print an Employment Contract or a range of Contracts.

You can also print an individual Employment Contract by opening the record and clicking the Printer icon in the Button Bar (Windows/Mac OS X) or selecting 'Print' from the File menu (all platforms). You can also print an Employment Contract to screen by clicking the Preview icon (Windows/Mac OS X only).

Range Reporting    Numeric
Enter a Contract Number (or range of Contract Numbers) for which documents are to be printed.

You must enter a Contract Number or a range of Numbers: if you leave this field empty, no Employment Contracts will be printed.
You can use the fields listed below when you design the Form Template to be used by the Employment Contract form:
