Individual Reports - Contract Contacts

The Contract Contacts report is included in the following Standard products:

• Standard Contracts

Use this report to produce a Contact List for the Contracts in the system. For each Contract, it shows Customer Number and Name, Contract Number, Contact Name and Telephone Number.

When printed to screen, the Contract Contacts report has the Drill-down feature common to many reports in Standard products. Click on any Customer or Contract Number to open an individual Contact or Contract record.

Department

If you have used the Department field in the Contract to record the Department in your own company that is responsible for each Contract, you can use this field to produce separate contact lists for each department.
