Introduction to Maintenance in the Purchase Orders Module

Maintenance functions tend to be used to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. There are two such functions available in the Purchase Orders module. To use one, select 'Maintenance' from the File menu. The following window appears:

Double-click the chosen item in the list. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click [Run] to operate the function.
